The November 23rd, 2007, response letter to House Natural Resources Committee Chairman Nick Rahall (D-WV) from the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, wherein the Service concludes that inappropriate influence from political appointee Julie MacDonald over science-based decisions occurred in seven out of eight cases reviewed.
